Choosing the right contraception is a deeply personal decision, and it deserves more than a rushed appointment. At EKD Midwifery, I provide comprehensive contraception consultations where we take the time to explore every option and find what works best for your body and your life.

What to Expect

Your contraception visit is an unhurried 60–75 minute appointment. We will review your health history, discuss your goals and preferences, and determine the best option together. If you choose an IUD or Nexplanon, I will walk you through every step of the procedure and discuss pain management so you feel fully prepared and comfortable.

New clients must establish care before an IUD or Nexplanon insertion (typically two visits). This ensures I understand your full health picture before any procedure.
